Robert F. Gentile
Mr. Gentile practices in the areas of civil litigation including wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, product defect liability, premises liability, and medical malpractice. Mr. Gentile has tried more than 30 cases in state district and federal courts throughout New Mexico and Colorado. Before joining the firm in 2013, Mr. Gentile served as a Deputy District Attorney in San Juan County in northern New Mexico.
Mr. Gentile earned an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell®, which is only awarded to Lawyers with the highest ethical standards and preeminent legal ability receive this rating. In addition, Mr. Gentile was selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2024 edition of Best Lawyers in America®.
In 2021, Mr. Gentile obtained a Top 50 verdict in the United States for a wrongful death case.
